How quickly will my items ship?
Please allow 3-4 days for order processing, however most items are shipped out within 24 hours.
If you order contains personalized items, please allow 7 days until it is shipped to you.
What shipping method do you use?
We ship the majority of orders via UPS ground service. If we don't use UPS, we us USPS. If you need your items quickly, please let us know and we will work with you to get you the items you need in time for your event.
Do you accept returns?
Yes! We accept new/unopened items within 2 weeks of the purchase date. Your money will be refunded via the method you used to pay us - minus a 15% restocking fee, and the shipping cost.
In the extremely rare situation that your item has been damaged in transit, please let us know immediately and we will correct the problem.
